Tetracom Help — Motorola
My UX — close to stock AndroidMotorola’s My UX is one of the cleanest Android skins — very close to stock Pixel. No aggressive background killer. The standard Android steps work well.
Setup steps
Step 1 — turn on Tetracom’s “Stay connected” toggle
- Open Tetracom → gear icon.
- Scroll to Connection.
- Turn ON Stay connected when phone is locked.
Step 2 — Tetracom battery: Unrestricted
- Settings → Apps → Tetracom → App battery usage
- Choose Unrestricted.
Step 3 — Battery: don’t auto-suspend (Edge / G / Razr)
- Settings → Battery → Battery optimisation
- Tap the dropdown at top, switch to All apps.
- Find Tetracom → Don’t optimise.
Motorola-specific notes
- Razr foldable — does Tetracom work on the cover screen?
- Yes. The persistent “Tetracom is listening” notification shows on both the inner and cover displays. PTT is bound to the same hotkey on both screens.
- Moto Actions (chop-chop torch, twist for camera) — any conflict?
- No. Tetracom doesn’t register any sensor-based actions, so Moto Actions stay independent.
Model-specific pages: not yet — Motorola’s My UX is consistent enough that one guide covers the entire current lineup (Edge, G-series, Razr).
