Motorola’s My UX is one of the cleanest Android skins — very close to stock Pixel. No aggressive background killer. The standard Android steps work well.

Setup steps

Step 1 — turn on Tetracom’s “Stay connected” toggle

  1. Open Tetracom → gear icon.
  2. Scroll to Connection.
  3. Turn ON Stay connected when phone is locked.

Step 2 — Tetracom battery: Unrestricted

  1. Settings → Apps → Tetracom → App battery usage
  2. Choose Unrestricted.

Step 3 — Battery: don’t auto-suspend (Edge / G / Razr)

  1. Settings → Battery → Battery optimisation
  2. Tap the dropdown at top, switch to All apps.
  3. Find Tetracom → Don’t optimise.

Motorola-specific notes

Razr foldable — does Tetracom work on the cover screen?
Yes. The persistent “Tetracom is listening” notification shows on both the inner and cover displays. PTT is bound to the same hotkey on both screens.
Moto Actions (chop-chop torch, twist for camera) — any conflict?
No. Tetracom doesn’t register any sensor-based actions, so Moto Actions stay independent.
